Diabetic Diet Meal. What to plan?
There’s no such thing as a diabetic diet. Still, you may be confused about what to eat. Here’s the low-down on some common misunderstandings about foods: Eat more whole grain and high fiber starches, such as bread, cereal, and starchy vegetables–6 servings a day or more. Start the day with cold high fiber (dry) cereal with nonfat/skim milk or a bagel with one teaspoon of jelly/jam.
